We’re not a fly-by-night handyman that does this work on the side or in the off-season to keep busy. Some people call it home watch, property watch, property concierge, estate management or house sitting. We are a full-service property management company that provides the highest level of service to our clients in Fairfield County.
Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. As an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association, we have been trained to discover issues before they become larger and more serious. In addition, our company has passed a rigorous background check, obtained the proper licenses, and we are properly insured and bonded - so you can feel confident about who's looking after your home

- Arrival Preparations
- Inspect AC, Temperature and Humidity
- Check kitchen appliances
- Check for water leaks
- Check for mold and moisture
- Check interior / exterior of home for signs of wear or bugs
- Check windows and doors are locked
- Run water in toilets, showers, and sinks
- Retrieve mail and packages and securely place inside the property
- Perform interior / exterior light bulb check
- Check the garage area for any issues and lock
- Check drainage after storm / excessive rain
- Run dishwasher after long time of no use
- Monitor appropriate pool water level
- Check pool pump operating properly
- Perform check on Internet, TV and phone services
- Start vehicles, if necessary
- Empty garbage cans, if necessary
- Activate alarm system
