30 Day Contract Guarantee

One Contact & Response Time Guarantee
As an Owner / Client, you will have one (1) dedicated point of contact and we promise to return all communication within 24 hours.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Rent Deposit Guarantee
We understand how important it is that you receive your rental income fast. So, we pledge to ACH transfer your rental income proceeds by the 10th day of each month.
Management Fee Guarantee
We believe that if we can’t collect the rent, then we shouldn’t get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 6 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free
